Food Forestry In An Urban Place.
i like what these guys have done with the place. but they are skating uphill! why the fuck would they establish a food forest or even a simple garden in an urban area? that is plain stupid! the city will be on them in a matter of years. their garden will be gone. forever. i agree 100% with their raw vegan/live foodist lifestyle philosophy, coupled with edible landscape and a food forest, these guys are way ahead. however, they should find a more suitable place somewhere country and rural.
Cape Tribulation - Organic Fruit Farm
oh, i like this australian couple. i found their video some while back. there fruit farm is an inspiration. though my goal is not to be a fruit farmer who sells fruit, my aspiration is to produce fruits for my consumption, not to sell to lazy motherfuckers. what they call "subsistance farming." more like a subsistance food forest production.
tasting day
they seem to have put a lot of money in the buildings on the farm. typical spenders. simplicity is more of what i go for. nice farm though.

my interest is mostly in these tropical and subtropical design strategies. in my past travels in the third world, i recognise the wastefulness of the land, these design strategies will be useful in my future migration.
